JPUSH推送的时候报错 错误码 2002

在推送的时候返回了错误

Fail, HttpStatusCode: 429 result: {"error":{"code":2002,"message":"Request times of the app_key exceed the limit of current time window"}}

请问这是什么原因导致的？
