短信和通知发送失败，请大佬帮忙瞅瞅啊

短信发送报错：{"error":{"code":50013,"message":"invalid temp_id"}}，我看报错意思是模板id无效，模板是审核通过的，想问下这个还有哪些情况会导致模板无效的;
通知推送报错：{"msg_id":"18100178680160598","error":{"code":1011,"message":"cannot find user by this audience or has been inactive for more than 255 days"}}，这个也不知道啥想情况，还请大佬们指点下，感激不尽~
