iOS10 IDFA 为0000-0000-00000-00000-0000时得到错误registrationID

由于iOS10 IDFA广告权限问题，当限制广告跟踪功能打开时得到IDFA为 0000-0000-00000-00000-0000 这时调用

注册达到错误registrationID=1114a89792a0bbd8f41 推送无法达到 且 当用户打开权限是无法更新之前得到的advertisingId
望清除错误registrationID 提供更新功能
